I walked into the toy room to see what Jonathan was up to because it had been quiet in the house. this is what I saw. so cute! We have a bed up in the room because our neighbors stayed here the night before they moved and Jonathan grabbed a pillow and laid it up against the book case and was sitting there reading.

I love this family. It has been great having them live 2 houses up from me. they have 4 cute little boys, Zhe, Tai, Agustin, and Santiago. This was my first family photos that I was able to take and I had so much fun. I loved how all the pictures turned out. Thanks Bell family:) I will miss living next door to you.

Christmas pictures

I decided to take the kids Christmas pictures this year for some practice. I really want to learn to take really good pictures. It was harder since it was my kids and they don't listen to mommy. I did get some really cute pictures of them. It helps that they are just so cute anyway.

crafting

So I have been in a super crafty mood this past month. these are just a couple things. i can't show you all of them until after Christmas because they are all Christmas presents. but these are decorations:) i asked Jonathan a couple weeks ago i asked Jonathan want we should decorate the house in this year for Christmas. he turns to me and with an excited look says, "SNOWMEN mommy!" then of course he started to sing the snowman song. he was so excited so of course i can't say no and so this year since we will not be getting snow at all we will bring the snow to us. I bought some wood at home depot and made Jason use his tools. he cut me some wood and borrowed a sander from my neighbor. i think these snowmen turned out so cute. then i made snow blocks. I have also made some other decor that i haven't taken a picture of them yet. But this house is going to look like snow:)
this is Jonathan crafting as well. i can't show you all the pictures of it because this is a Christmas present for someone.
I now need a cricut so I can stop making my grandma make me stuff and mailing them to me:) thanks though grandma Moffett love you. I have so many ideas on crafts and i love to craft.

Natali found something to play with while we waited for the trunk or treating to start.

Jason's company (Bravo company) had a fun party for the kids. They had the girls in the barracks decorate their rooms if they were going to hand out candy and then part of the hall we had to walk through a haunted house.. or hall:) it was great. the kids both got lots of candy and of course all the ladies were impressed with Jonathan's mustache! We finished up there and then we went on to the dinner part of the party. after that we left to come home and grab a few things then off to the trunk or treat at the church. We played mini golf, tossed bean bags into a pumpkin face, bobbed for donuts, made pumpkin ghosts, and did a cake walk. then outside we went for one of the biggest trunk or treating I have been to. (well last years was bigger but it was still bigger then I have ever been to) the kids loaded up with tons of candy and then it was time for bed.
Sorry no pictures of the Bravo (Bandito) party. No picture taking aloud on base. We all had so much fun though.

painting pumpkins

So I decided to try and have the kids paint their own pumpkins we bought them. they each had 2 but for some reason we could only find one of Natali's pumpkins:( I brought out my paints, gave them each a brush, and set out a garbage bag under them. then I gave them their paints and they went at those pumpkins like it was the coolest thing in the world. they were so focused on their panting jobs and didn't want any help. so I let them do it all by themselves.

Jonathan's final product! So pretty! It was fun to do a project with them with out ending up just doing it myself. This is their own creativity! I LOVE IT:) (no messes except for on Nat's nose was made in the making of these pumpkins)

This was so cool! We only got to see half of it because our parking was almost up so we had to leave:( I want to go back again before we leave! If anyone wants to come with come on down! So many more buildings and things to learn about. There was also a former inmate that was on alcatraz there signing the books he wrote about his life on alcatraz. I want to read it.
