DINOSAURS!! AHHHHHH...

Walking 2 blocks in 105 degrees with humidity:) I almost died:) oh and the tires on the stroller did die.
 T-Rex
 Stegosaurus
brachiosaurus or diplodocus... don't remember which one it was sorry!
 Allosaurus
Jonathan is big into dinosaurs now. He thinks he is a stegosaurus (his favorite). Sometimes he is a T-Rex and likes to eat daddy who I guess is a triceratops. We decided to take a trip to the Smithsonian last Saturday to see the cool dinosaurs. the kids LOVED it. They were so excited and of course we had to take a picture next to his favorite:) (Don't mind the scary lady in the picture with Jonathan.

Shelves:)

My wonderful amazing husband built me this... what is it you ask? well we live in a smaller house then we had before and we don't have any space in our kitchen for our food storage. We have some shelves we bought in our laundry room but it only holds enough for 3 weeks worth. We have an extra closet or empty space under our stairs so instead of collecting boxes I wanted to use it. My wonderful husband made me shelves so I can have more room for our 3 month supply. YAY! Its full now so I need to find more space:)

4th of July 2012 Fort Meade

Sorry some of the pictures are out of focus but they were still cute so I added them. my kids move to fast and I don't like the quality of picture it takes on the action setting. sorry! Anyway these are my kids on the 4th of July.

Cute cute kids!

Aren't my kids just so cute!!! I love these 2 kids so much! We bought them these outfits for my brother Chad's wedding that we were planning on going to. long long sad story short... we didn't get to see family even though we really wanted to. I wanted my kids to see papa and grandma Den Boer so bad so they could enjoy the kids but things happened and we didn't make it up. So we decided to wear our cute church clothes to church on Sunday! Jonathan kept saying he was so "hamsum" and natali said she was "cute like a princess."

baltimore zoo

 Jonathan and an alligator.
No that is not natali or Jonathan even though they think they are monkeys....

 FUN!

We decided to take a trip to the Baltimore zoo for some Saturday fun. It wasn't the greatest zoo I have ever been to but the kids sure had fun.

Washington DC trip #1

 Washington monument
 Abe Lincoln monument
 the capital
DC temple
We decided to take a trip to DC on Saturday. we needed to stop by the temple (distribution center which is under the temple) to get some things and we decided to take pictures of this pretty temple. Then we parked at the union station and walked over to the capital building. We were silly and walked from the capital building all the way down to the Lincoln memorial. I took us 4 hours to walk down and back because it happened to be the weekend of the 100th year of the girl scouts and EVERY girl scout in AMERICA was there. So it was the worse day to do this and on top of it the heat was horrible. I can handle dry heat but this is 90 degrees plus 10-20 more degrees with humidity. Other then the heat and the girl scouts I enjoyed it. I am so glad we got to go.
