Jonathan decided to pick up the hose and help mommy water the garden! It was nice of him but after awhile he decided to water our backyard which is ALL dirt! so he made a nice mud puddle. but it was nice of him to water my garden first. such a cute kid!

So I have gotten into this crafting kick! I have been getting ideas from other blogs and I have wanted to try some of them. I made all of this.. except of course the flag. I love it! the best part is it only cost me for the board and paint but I already had them so really none of this cost me a thing today! yay! there are some more things I want to do in my kitchen an I am so excited!

French toast!

We gave Natali her first french toast. SHE LOVED IT! it was just too cute!

VACATION

We had 21 days of leave saved up and decided before Jason went back to class to use as many as they would let us use. They approved 17 days of leave for us and so we took it. We drove up to Seattle Washington, stayed the night and then the next morning we flew out for Alaska. We spent a week and a half in Alaska with my dad, Barbara, chad, Cory, Fiona, Mia, and Melissa. We had so much fun! Here are some pictures of our vacation....

Our first day in Alaska... Cory wanted to pull out a stump because Mia kept tripping on it. So they hooked it up to Barbara's new car and pulled it out.
We went 4-wheeling at the beach while the tide was out and walked out there and found some cool rocks.
This was how far it was out... we walked a long way out there and we still hadn't reached the water. this is the before...
This was the after when the tide came back in a few hours later. It came in fast.
Yep we say moose
We went clamming too.... Jason is using the clam gun and digging them out.
Jason got 19 in all... he had fun once he recognized how to find them under the sand.
My parents have 5 volcanoes across the inlet from them. this one exploded I think it was last year.

I see a cute little Mia there... this was when we went 4 wheeling. She was picking dandelions and she stood up and I took the picture.
My brother cory is a goof! he was messing around with a trap and got his finger stuck in it. He wanted to do it for the picture but he really did get it stuck. Chad had to pry it open.
Yep we also saw a glacier (exit glacier)
We hiked up to it. It was a fun hike.
Back on the plane headed to the lower 48.
When we got to Washington my mom took us camping! I LOVE CAMPING!!!!we stayed in a YOME! Its a tent like thing with 2 bunk beds and hard wood floor. This was our Yome sweet Yome for 3 days and 2 nights.
We took Jonathan fishing for the first time. it was so cute. He was loving it for about 5 mins and even reeled it in himself. but then he got bored and handed it over to daddy and threw rocks in the water.
Jonathan is patiently waiting for daddy to start the fire. it was super cute.















Nat and daddy in the woods. and I caught a fish... well 3 total. Jason Caught 2. Sorry we forgot to take the pictures for the others. We had so much fun! It was an amazing vacation and I was so glad I got to spend time with my family. We are already planning our next summer vacation:)
